Commission T.O.S

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

General:

1. A clear, accurate reference sheet is preferred and appreciated, but I can also work with detailed descriptions and photo references.2. I retain all rights to the work I produce. My work is not to be used for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.3. I retain all rights to refuse a commission, with or without giving a reason.4. Commissions will be posted on my social medias (Twitter, Instagram, ect.) unless specified otherwise.5. You can post the commission yourself, but you're not allowed to claim my art as your own. Credit is also very appreciated.6. You are not allowed to heavily copy, trace, or edit your commission.7. Please understand I work and finish commissions in order of a queue and wait times may vary depending on my availability.8. WIPs of commissions will be shown through the rough sketch, final sketch, and flat color stages. More WIPs will be given if changes was needed or if you specified a pose.9. Due dates can be arranged, but will cost extra depending on the date.10. Prices may change at any time. Customers on my waitlist at the time of the change are not affected.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS:

1. My prices are non-negotiable, do not try to haggle with me. I price my commissions at what I feel like my art is worth and the time it takes me to complete it.2. I take full prepayment through PayPal (USD) via my PayPal.me link or through CashApp only unless stated otherwise. You do not pay until I am about to start on your commission.3. I will not start on a commission until I receive full payment.4. Once a commission is finished, a refund will not be given unless specified otherwise.5. Partial or full refunds will only be given as a result of a mistake on my part. Failing to inform me on specifications you want will not warrant a refund.6. If you receive your commission and try scamming me by doing a chargeback with PayPal, you will be permanently blacklisted and reported to PayPal.7. For reference, a few examples of reasons I will fully refund or draw an extra drawing as compensation are; I haven't gave any updates within a month, I made a major mistake in the commission and you cancel before I start. Other things can result a full refund or compensation art depending on the situation.8. Other things can result in a partial refund or compensation art depending on the situation.

WILL/WON'T DRAW:

Will draw:

1. Human(oids)/monsters
2. Anthro furries
3. Suggestive/NSFW art
4. Females/feminine characters
5. Gore
6. Light drug use (i.e a character smoking weed or drinking alcohol)

Not the best with:

1. Males/Masculine characters
2. Feral furries
4. Complex characters (Ask before ordering)
5. Real people

Won't draw:

1. Overly muscular characters
2. Elderly characters
4. Heavy machinery
5. Most fetishes (please ask)
6. Anything hateful/harmful/offensive
7. Mechanical/mecha

TURNAROUND TIME:

Turnaround times vary on my availability, but I try having art done within 2 weeks, no later than 1 month. Animations on the other hand, can take 1-2 months depending on the complexity and my availability. Commissions can get done faster for a fee, details will be on the commission prices page.
